Mick has been the greatest volleyball mentor that I’ve ever had. His knowledge of the game is unsurpassed by anyone I’ve come across and his ability to get the most out of his players and teams make home a coaching legend in the volleyball world. Mick has enabled me with the skill set and confidence to take on a head coaching job of my own and much of what we do is Boston College’s gym has a lot to do with what I’ve learned from Mick.
