Mick Haley’s success in the sport of volleyball is undisputed. However, his greatest legacy is the fact that he has been a pioneer in the sport, and frequently has significant influence in the adaptations of the game. He has always viewed volleyball as a fluid and everchanging sport. During this time, he has built up a vast library of knowledge and an unbridled passion to pass that knowledge onto the next generation on coaches and players. I highly encourage you to tap into his wealth of knowledge and desire to pass it on. There are very few coaches who think outside the box and have the ability to see the game at his level, I encourage you to seek his techniques to be a better coach, student-athlete mentor, and program director.
